🎭 What Is EMBODY & FEEL™?

EMBODY & FEEL™ is a 5-module Social & Emotional Learning curriculum built around wearable emotion tools — hooded towels featuring Ahvian The Creative™ emotion characters.

Each emotion becomes:

• • A character they can relate to
• • A safe space to explore big feelings

Instead of telling children to “calm down,” we give them tools to understand what their body is telling them.

Each module includes a wearable emotion hooded towel and structured activities designed to fit seamlessly into SEL routines.

1. Wear the Emotion: Children put on the hooded towel representing the emotion.
2. Move & Act: Guided movement, role-play, and facial expressions bring emotions to life.
3. Name & Notice: Children identify body sensations, thoughts, and feelings.
4. Regulate & Reflect: Breathing, grounding, and coping strategies are introduced.
5. Return to Balance: Children transition back to calm and connection.
